High-spirited, steadfast
creative visionary
Over two decades ago, I embarked on my career at one of Cincinnati’s largest digital agencies, playing a pivotal role in shaping the city’s advertising landscape as the agency evolved from Bridge Worldwide to WPP’s Grey. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of making a creative impact across nearly all of the agency’s accounts.
This journey has given me extensive experience working with diverse brands, collaborative teams, and inspiring leaders. I’ve had the opportunity to lead creative efforts for a wide range of clients, including Conagra Foods, Volvo, P&G, AARP, Bacardi, Energizer, and Boston Market. My portfolio spans iconic CPG brands like Downy, Pringles, Folgers, Hostess, and many more, showcasing my ability to deliver meaningful, impactful work across industries.

“Culture is the widening of
the mind and of the spirit.”
— Jawaharlal Nehru
I help shape company culture to enrich creative thinking, foster employee appreciation, and significantly impact the growth and development of new team members.

“Without continual growth & progress,
such words as improvement, achievement, & success have no meaning.”
— Benjamin Franklin
I believe in Kaizen—the philosophy of continuous improvement—which I apply to my career, personal life, and social connections. This mindset has been instrumental in helping me thrive and grow in an ever-changing market. Whether it’s staying informed through ad industry leaders like Ad Age and Adweek, exploring new technologies like Web3 through Decentraland and Meta Horizons, or experimenting with AI tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT, I find that embracing change fuels both my excitement and creativity.
“Today was good. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one.”
— Dr. Suess
Here’s a bit of awards archive entertainment from my early years. What was once cutting-edge now serves as an intriguing contrast to how far we’ve come. I love being part of an ever-evolving industry that continually inspires and educates.
